Warrawee House

This project included the renovation of a 1920’s James Peddle house, maintaining the existing features of the late-Californian Bungalow and opening up the rear section of the house to the existing pool and courtyard area.

All the bathrooms were renovated, the kitchen/family room was created from opening up several small rooms to create a large living space befitting the scale of the original sitting and dining rooms to the original section of the house.

Large timber and glass sliding doors slide away behind joinery to allow maximum inside/outside connection.
