Palm Beach – House 4

2013

This project involved substantial renovation to an existing 1970’s project home. The house still had it’s original kitchen and bathrooms – the kitchen location was set in the rear of the house, with an outlook over the south facing rear courtyard. The clients requested the kitchen be moved to its logical location with stunning views north over Palm Beach and Barrenjoey Headland. In addition to this, the entire house was renovated and extended to house the clients and their extended family, maintaining the existing building footprint. A large retaining wall was built to create a grassed area for their grandchildren to play, opening off the lower level rumpus room.

Client Testimonial

“I found Annabelle had a very professional approach to the project right from the very start with the clients and chosen builder too whom she supplied detailed up to date drawings right through the course of the project. She also documented the progress and covered work to be completed with weekly meetings and photos . This particular project came in on budget with the original plan and time frame. I would recommend this company!”
