Mosman – House
This Federation house located in a Heritage Conservation Area of Mosman, undertook a large renovation to the kitchen and bathrooms of the existing ground floor, and included the addition of two bedrooms and a children’s rumpus room to the roof space.
This upper floor addition included several dormer windows to create light and space in the upper rooms. The staircase was designed to let light into the hallway and other skylights were added to let in light to some dark spaces.
The lighting was upgraded throughout the house, plus custom built joinery to all the rooms to create a clutter free house with three young boys!
“We used Annabelle Chapman as our architect and interior designer for our renovation to our federation house.
“Annabelle really understood our requirements and listened to our needs with 3 young boys she really turned our requirements into a fabulous family house – totally functional ant yet very stylish! Four years after the build we still love our house and the renovations Annabelle designed for us.
“I would highly recommend Annabelle to anyone considering renovating or redecorating.”
